Ingredient 

  • 150 g of ground beef, roasted 
  • 100 g fresh champignon mushrooms, finely chopped, stems removed
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped. 
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • Margarine (100 g)
  • 100 g whole wheat flour
  • liquid milk (200 mL)
  • 3 grams of Royco mushroom mixed seasoning. 
  • 2.5 g salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • -1/2 tsp sugar
  • cooking oil for frying 
  • 2 beaten chicken eggs
  • 100 g whole wheat flour
  • 150 g white bread flour (panko) of your choiceFinna

How to cook 

  1. Margarine in a non-stick frying pan. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add mushrooms and saute briefly.
  2. Mix in the flour thoroughly.Pour in the milk, and cook until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the beef and spices and mix well. Lift.
  4. Cool the dough. After the dough has cooled, take 1 tablespoon of the dough and roll it. Repeat until the dough runs out.
  5. Roll the meatballs in flour, then dip them in egg and coat them with breadcrumbs. Repeat until finished. Arrangement in a closed container and freezing.
