Ingredient
- 150 g of ground beef, roasted
- 100 g fresh champignon mushrooms, finely chopped, stems removed
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.

- Margarine (100 g)
- 100 g whole wheat flour
- liquid milk (200 mL)
- 3 grams of Royco mushroom mixed seasoning.

How to cook
