Materials
Meatball:
- Beef - 400 grams
- Chicken meat - 100 grams
- Wheat flour - 50 grams
- Tapioca flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 egg
- Garlic, puree - 4 cloves
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Air - 2 liters
- Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes for filling - to taste
Soup Seasoning:
- The remaining broth from the meatball stew - to taste
- Onions, mashed, fried - 3 cloves
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
COMPLEMENTARY:
- Soun noodles soaked in hot water - to taste
- Mustard boiled briefly - 1 bunch
- Finely chopped celery - 2 sprigs
- Green onion finely chopped - 2 sprigs
- Fried onions - to taste
Step
- Meatballs: Clean the beef and chicken, cut into small pieces, then puree using a food processor or blender.
- Add the eggs and process until well combined.Add flour and tapioca, garlic, pepper, and salt, and stir until well blended and the dough is smooth.
- Boil water in a saucepan until it boils. Take a tablespoon of meatball dough, fill it with cheese, and round it back.
- Put the meatballs into the boiling water and do it until it runs out. Cook until all the meatballs float, then remove them and drain.
- The remaining water from the meatballs is seasoned with fried garlic, ground pepper, and salt to taste. Add the drained meatballs to the sauce.
- Serve the gravy cheese meatballs with complementary ingredients.
- If you want melted cheese meatballs, you can replace the cheddar with mozzarella.
- You can also use whole beef (500 g).
